New Sope Creek Bike Trails Unveiled

The event is still scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, but the family ride may be affected by weather.

It may be too muddy to ride the new Sope Creek trails on Saturday, when the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area will hold its official opening event.

A family ride along the trails was scheduled as part of the festivities, but today's rain may have an effect.

As Bike Cobb posted this morning on its Facebook page: "But with clear skies forecast, we still want to get together outdoors and show off everyone's hard work."
