No Bomb at Marietta Farmers Market: Police

The business has since re-opened, a police spokeswoman says.

Shoppers at a Marietta farmers market were in for a rude surprise when management forced them to evacuate the building after a bomb threat was called in Thursday afternoon.

Brittany Wallace with Marietta police tells Patch that officers arrived at Harry’s Farmers Market at 70 Powers Ferry Road at approximately 5 p.m. and searched the store for any suspicious packages. Finding none, police gave the all clear and business returned to normal.
