One Killed in Marietta Crash: ICYMI
Police said they expect to file charges against the driver after his passenger died from his injuries Monday night.
A 19-year-old Marietta man died Monday night from injuries he sustained in a Sunday afternoon car crash, Cobb County police said Tuesday.
Christopher Martin was riding in a green 1996 Infiniti I30 driven by Isaiah Williams, 18, of Marietta at approximately 2:25 p.m. when investigators say the Infiniti spun out on Marble Mill Road near Kenmill Road and slammed into a tree.
Both Martin and Williams were taken to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, police said. Williams was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they expect to charge Williams as a result of the accident.
