Open-Air Ice Rink Closes Next Week
The rink in Marietta Square was built as one of several holiday events that took over the heart of the city in recent weeks.
MARIETTA, GA -- Marietta residents and visitors only have a few more days to lace up a pair of skates and cruise the ice at the city’s open-air rink.
The rink, located in the southwest corner of Glover Park, will remain open until Jan. 4. Hours are 4:30 p.m - 10 p.m Monday through Thursday; 4:30 p.m. - 11 p.m Friday; 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. Saturday; and noon-10 p.m. Sundays.
Admission costs $12 and includes a skate rental.

The rink was erected in November as part of the city’s “Winter Wonderland at Marietta Square” holiday festivities.
