Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Tractor-Trailer In East Cobb
Breaking: Man was walking through parking lot when he was hit by huge truck Tuesday morning, Marietta police say.
EAST COBB, GA -- Police in Marietta are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer early Tuesday in East Cobb.
The accident occurred in the parking lot at 1803 Roswell Road, police said.
A man was walking through the lot when a frieghtliner tractor-trailer driven by 54-year-old Pierre Poteau of Lawrenceville hit him, police said.

The pedestrian's injuries were so bad that authorities have not been able to identify him.
No charges have been filed yet, police said, as the probe continues.
