Seven Burglaries or Attempted Burglaries in East Cobb Last Week

In order to help keep residents safe and raise awareness of local crime, the Cobb County Police Department has gone digital and lists the locations where crimes have been reported in their jurisdiction online.

According to the department’s Police2Citizen (P2C) database, the following crimes took place in East Cobb between Friday, Oct. 9 and Thursday, Oct. 15:

• On Oct. 9 at 11:38 a.m., a theft was reported in the 4800 block of Lower Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 9 at 11:45 a.m., a theft was reported in the 700 block of Denards Mill.
• On Oct. 9 at noon, a burglary was reported in the 5400 block of Heyward Square Place.
• On Oct. 9 at 9:15 p.m., an underage alcohol violation was reported in the 3000 block of Hembree Road.
• On Oct. 9 at 10:56 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 400 block of Audubon Drive.
• On Oct. 10 at 4:18 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 2600 block of Bentley Road.
• On Oct. 10 at 5 p.m., criminal damage to property was reported in the 3700 block of Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 10 at 7 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 1000 block of Powers Ferry Road.
• On Oct. 10 at 7:40 p.m., a shoplifting of more than $500 was reported in the 1300 block of Johnson Ferry Road.
• On Oct. 10 at 10 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2900 block of Delk Road.
• On Oct. 11 at 2:51 a.m., a theft of vehicle was reported in the 900 block of E Lake Landing.
• On Oct. 11 at 1:24 p.m., a shoplifting was reported in the 2100 block of Johnson Ferry Road.
• On Oct. 11 at 6 p.m., a theft of vehicle was reported in the 3200 block of Canton Road.
• On Oct. 12 at 9 a.m., a theft was reported in the 900 block of Hood Road.
• On Oct. 12 at 10:30 a.m., an attempted burglary was reported in the 3900 block of Bellair Drive.
• On Oct. 13 at 12:01 a.m., a theft of vehicle was reported in the 4100 block of McCleskey Drive.
• On Oct. 13 at 8 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Tully Wren.
• On Oct. 13 at 8:45 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Shallowford Road.
• On Oct. 13 at 3 p.m., a theft was reported in the 1800 block of Jacksons Creek Drive.
• On Oct. 13 at 6:31 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2200 block of Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 13 at 11:05 p.m., an attempted burglary was reported in the 4100 block of Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 14 at 2 p.m., a theft was reported in the 4800 block of Kentwood Drive.
• On Oct. 14 at 2:35 p.m., a shoplifting was reported in the 1400 block of Johnson Ferry Road.
• On Oct. 15 at 6:41 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 1000 block of Dogwood Place.
