- This holiday season, East Cobb is encouraging residents to shop locally at small businesses. And in a town like East Cobb, there are plenty of amazing small shops that will make your gift-giving a hit. This list gives you just a few of the great local stores you can patronize this season in East Cobb. There's also information on promotions being held throughout the month of December. - The adult crafting group North Cobb Library Monthly Makers will be giving out holiday-themed kits for a fun and functional craft. From Dec. 1 until Dec. 21, you can pick up a complete "make and take" kit to craft a beautiful holiday wreath. Best of all, the wreath is made out of recycled cards, so it's environmentally friendly on top of being a lovely gift. Registration is required. (Cobb County Public Library)
- Mr. Clean Car Wash reopened earlier this month after being shut down for over a year. The location closed in March of 2021 after a fire destroyed the shop. The combo car wash and oil change service has been rebuilt and expanded from the original building. Mr. Clean Wash will also be holding multiple promotions and events to celebrate the big reopening.
