Sprouts Farmers Market Coming to East Cobb

East Cobb residents looking for more options for healthy groceries will soon be able to browse the aisles of Sprouts Farmers Market.

The nationwide organic grocer announced on Monday that it was opening 12 new stores across the country, including one at 4101 Roswell Road. The new Sprouts is located adjacent to the Merchants Walk shopping center, which currently contains a Whole Foods.

Each of Sprouts’ new stores will bring an estimated 100 jobs to the communities in which they are opening. Grand opening dates and other details will be shared in late-2015 to early-2016. By the end of 2015, Sprouts will have opened a total of 27 new stores throughout the year, including three new states: Missouri, Alabama and Tennessee.
