🌱 Suicide First Aid Workshop + Cobb Teen Facing Child Porn Charges

Here are the top three stories in East Cobb today:

1. September is Suicide Awareness Month and Cobb Collaborative and the SAM Foundation are holding a two-day workshop on suicide first aid. The interactive workshop will take place next week on Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at East Cobb UMC. Interested participants — at least 16 years of age — can register here. 2. A 19-year-old in Cobb County is facing child porn charges. County officials say they found disturbing images and videos on Jacob Taylor Martin's phone and laptop, as well as the trace of distribution of a video. Martin has been charged with sexual exploitation of a child and distribution of child porn. (Fox5 Atlanta)
3. Five new homes have been listed for sale in the East Cobb area. Available properties range from a two-bed, two-bath home for $245,000 to a $1.125 million home with six beds, six baths, and 5,646 sq. ft. Get all the details at the link. (East Cobb Patch)
