Update: Escaped Cobb Inmates Captured
Two male inmates, classified by the sheriff's office as "low risk," escaped from Cobb County Jail late Thursday afternoon.

The two inmates who escaped Cobb County Jail earlier on Thursday have both been apprehended.

SWAT and police from several departments are seeking a pair of male inmates who have escaped the Cobb County Jail facilities located off County Services Parkway in Marietta.

SWAT and police from several departments are seeking a pair of male inmates who have escaped the Cobb County Jail facilities located off County Services Parkway in Marietta.
The inmates, classified by the sheriff's office as "low risk," escaped on Thursday afternoon. Authorities have been combing the neighborhoods off of Cunningham Road looking for the inmates.
The two white males were last seen wearing white CCADC jumpsuits. One is in his mid-40s and the other in his 20s.
