Walton Band Garage Sale is Saturday

This weekend's event will feature is one of the largest in the East Cobb area.

Yard sale season will soon be in full swing, but one of the biggest of the early spring period in East Cobb is the Walton Band Garage Sale.

The 21st annual event takes place this Saturday, March 16, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in both gyms at Walton High School, 1590 Bill Murdock Road.

More than 400 families have donated items for the sale, including furniture, toys, electronics, garden tools, household items, clothing and more.

Metal and electronics recycling will also be collected in Lot D. All proceeds support the Walton Band.
