This Week in East Cobb Crime: Oct. 2-8

In order to help keep residents safe and raise awareness of local crime, the Cobb County Police Department has gone digital and lists the locations where crimes have been reported in their jurisdiction online.

According to the department’s Police2Citizen (P2C) database, the following crimes took place in East Cobb between Friday, Oct. 2 and Thursday, Oct. 8:

• On Oct. 3 at 2:25 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the 3900 block of Ebenezer Road.
• On Oct. 4 at midnight, a theft by taking was reported in the 3500 block of Clubland Drive.
• On Oct. 4 at 5:17 a.m, a burglary was reported in the 4700 block of Sandy Plains Road.
• On Oct. 4 at 7:02 a.m., a shoplifting was reported in the 2100 block of Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 4 at 5 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 4700 block of Jamerson Creek Court.
• On Oct. 4 at 11:27 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 2400 block of Delk Road.
• On Oct. 5 at 12:30 a.m., a vehicle theft was reported in the 600 block of Serramonte Drive.
• On Oct. 5 at 7 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 3600 block of Lone Indian Trail.
• On Oct. 5 at 8 a.m., a stolen property offense was reported in the 5000 block of Larry Lane.
• On Oct. 5 at 5 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2100 block of Morgan Road.
• On Oct. 5 at 5:30 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 3400 block of Mabry Road.
• On Oct. 5 at 8:59 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 1300 block of Franklin Drive.
• On Oct. 7 at 6:22 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 3300 block of Roswell Road.
• On Oct. 7 at 10:55 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 2400 block of Woodbridge Drive.
• On Oct. 8 at midnight, an entering auto was reported in the 1600 block of Old Hunters Trace.
• On Oct. 8 at 11 a.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2400 block of Woodbridge Drive.
• On Oct. 8 at 4 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 800 block of Powers Ferry Road.
• On Oct. 8 at 4:22 p.m., criminal property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Shallowford Road.
• On Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Renfro Lane.
• On Oct. 8 at 9:45 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 1500 block of Jamerson Landing.
