This Week in East Cobb Crime: Sept. 18-24

In order to help keep residents safe and raise awareness of local crime, the Cobb County Police Department has gone digital and lists the locations where crimes have been reported in their jurisdiction online.

According to the department’s Police2Citizen (P2C) database, the following crimes took place in East Cobb between Friday, Sept. 18 and Thursday, Sept. 24

• On Sept. 18 at noon, a wanted person was arrested in the 4700 block of Canton Road.
• On Sept. 18 at 1 p.m., a burglary with forced entry was reported in the 2000 block of Lower Roswell Road.
• On Sept. 18 at 3:30 p.m., a burglary with forced entry was reported in the 3400 block of Robinson Road.
• On Sept. 18 at 4 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2500 block of Sandy Plains Road.
• On Sept. 18 at 5:30 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2100 block of Spalding Drive.
• On Sept. 18 at 6:30 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 2200 block of Woodlake Trace.
• On Sept. 18 at 6:57 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2900 block of Canton Road.
• On Sept. 18 at 9 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 2100 block of Heritage Trace Drive.
• On Sept. 18 at 10 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 3300 block of Canton Road.

• On Sept. 18 at 10:30 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 1600 block of Rex Drive.
• On Sept. 19 at 12:28 a.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 1700 block of Collingwood Drive.
• On Sept. 19 at 12:24 p.m., criminal property damage was reported in the 900 block of Shaw Park Road.
• On Sept. 19 at 2 p.m., a shoplifting of less than $500 was reported in the 1000 block of E Piedmont Road.
• On Sept. 20 at 2 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the 3300 block of Canton Road.
• On Sept. 20 at 8:46 p.m., a burglary without forced entry was reported before the 100 block of Gatewood Drive.
• On Sept. 21 at 11:50 a.m., an entering auto was reported in the 3300 block of Roswell Road.
• On Sept. 21 at 1:30 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 500 block of Atlanta Country Club Drive.
• On Sept. 21 at 3 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2500 block of Delk Road.
• On Sept. 21 at 5:13 p.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 800 block of Sandy Plains Road.
• On Sept. 21 at 10 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 2100 block of Post Oak Tritt Road.

• On Sept. 22 at 5:58 p.m., an entering auto was reported in the 2500 block of Sandy Plains Road.
• On Sept. 22 at 11:30 p.m., criminal property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Collingwood Drive.
• On Sept. 24 at 2:09 a.m., a wanted person was arrested in the 2400 block of Roswell Road.
• On Sept. 24 at 3:50 p.m., a vehicle was stolen from the 4100 block of Roswell Road.
• On Sept. 24 at 10 p.m., a vehicle was stolen from the 1600 block of Bridge Mill Drive.
• On Sept. 24 at 10:30 p.m., a vehicle was stolen from the 100 block of Fawn Place.
