Woman Missing from Delk Road Area

The family of a woman living in the Delk Road area says she has gone missing, according to the Marietta Police Department. 

Valerie Curry's whereabouts haven't been known since around 2 p.m. Wednesday.

That's about the time Curry left the Delk Road hotel room she shares with her family on foot, police said in a statement issued at 5:20 p.m. Thursday. 

Curry is described as a black female, age 29, standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 125 pounds. She has an Afro hairstyle and was was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt with white lettering over a purple undershirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
