2 Remain At Large In Fatal Shootings Of Brother, Sister In Gwinnett
The brother and sister were found shot to death last week on the shoulder of Interstate 85 in Gwinnett County.
GWINNETT, GA — The two men accused in the shooting deaths of a brother and sister whose bodies were found last week on the shoulder of Interstate 85 remained at large Tuesday night, Gwinnett County Police confirmed to Patch.
Police said Manuel Lorenzo Sanchez, 41, was charged on suspicion of two counts of felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes.
Ricardo Lorenzo Montes, 24, was charged on suspicion of tampering with evidence, police said.

Both suspects are accused of shooting and killing Maria Rosaria Montes Dorantes, 23, and her teen brother, Juan Angel Montes, 16, of Griffin. Dorantes and Juan Montes were found on Aug. 27 at the I-85 shoulder and the Interstate 985 split, police said.
The area where they were found is between Buford and Suwanee though police previously told Patch the area is closer to Suwanee.
