  2. Across the metro area in Stockbridge, police are investigating the break-ins of more than 130 vehicles at The Abbey at Eagles Landing Apartments and North Park at Eagles Landing Apartments, all occurring in the past weekend. According to law enforcement, the break-ins were perpetrated by a group of roughly five to six men, who left the area in a dark-colored sedan before police arrived on the scene. As of Sunday, there is no more information currently available in connection to the crimes. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
  3. The Atlanta Community Food Bank thanked Taylor Swift on Instagram on Saturday, Apr. 28, for her donation to the metro area food bank. The ACFB did not share what or how much was donated. • Construction at Cauley Creek Park is continuing according to schedule. Once complete this summer, the park will feature a 5K rubberized trail, light sports courts, lighted grass and synthetic turf playing fields, pedestrian bridges, and river overlooks. The City of Johns Creek asks everyone to remember that this is an active construction site and not open to the public because of safety concerns.
