Patch: How long have you been doing business in town, or how long has your organization been around in the community?

Everleigh Duluth: Everleigh Duluth is a brand new 55+ apartment home community opening its doors for move-ins Fall of 2021. While new to Duluth specifically, Greystar has 50+ active adult communities across the country and continues to perfect its operations technique. Everleigh Duluth is now leasing apartments and townhomes to those who would like to secure them prior to opening.

Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger how would you describe it?

Everleigh Duluth: We are a 55+ active adult apartment home community located in downtown Duluth. Our brand new apartment homes feature resort-style amenities and designer interiors. Everleigh Duluth is the perfect place to meet new friends and enjoy the maintenance-free lifestyle you deserve!

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from others?
