Adaptive Recreation Movie Night Set For Friday In Johns Creek
The Adaptive Recreation Movie Night will be held Friday, Sept. 10 at Newtown Park featuring "Dolittle".
JOHNS CREEK, GA — The Adaptive Recreation Movie Night will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 10, at Newtown Park, 3150 Old Alabama Road. The event is free and all ages are welcome. Registration is requested.
The selected feature film is “Dolittle” (PG), starring Robert Downey Jr. as Dr. Dolittle, a physician who can talk to animals, embarks on an adventure to find a legendary island with a young apprentice and a crew of strange pets.
Adaptive Recreation Programs and Events are designed to expose participants to new experiences, enhance self-esteem, self-confidence, and independence in a fun and safe environment. This event is being held in partnership with North Fulton Special Needs Services and Expo. A partnership between the cities of Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, and the Alpharetta YMCA.
