  1. On Thursday, city staff marked the completion of a new restroom and pavilion at the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. You can find it on the north end of the property near the Warsaw Church. Thanks to all who helped make the project possible! (City of Johns Creek, Georgia - Government via Facebook)
  2. Over two dozen case workers with the Fulton County Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) have been fired following an apparent protest. According to the agency, 25 caseworkers in the county's child protective services unit participated in what was deemed an "orchestrated callout" amid high caseloads and understaffing. In April, county DFCS turnover reached 53 percent. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
