AOTC Book Fest Day 2: More Award-Winning Authors Signing Books Sunday
Final day at the Johns Creek Arts Festival means treating festivalgoers to one more day of shopping for books signed by Atlanta-area writers

Sunday, the Arts on the Creek Book Fest returns for its second, and final, day at the Johns Creek Arts Festival. Festivalgoers will once again be treated to a full day of browsing books signed by Atlanta-area authors. Some have won multiple writing awards. Others are debut authors. All will be happy to recommend books you – or those on your gift list – might appreciate.
Bob Dickinson and Bernard N. Lee Jr., will get the book action going at 10 a.m. Dickinson will be signing “Me, Jesus, a Beer and a Cigar.” Lee will be on hand with his pair of memoirs, “A Look Back In Time: Memoir of a Military Kid in the Fifties” volumes I and II.
Cynthia D. Jones arrives at 11 a.m. to personalize copies of “The Melody of Marriage.” She will be joined by Lee.

At noon, Beverly Armento will take her place in the AOTC Book Fest tent. Armento’s memoir, “Seeing Eye Girl,” was a 2022 Independent Publisher Book Award bronze winner for autobiography. She will be joined by Jones.
Then, at 1 p.m., award-winning author Marilyn Baron will begin signing two of her 29 works, including “The Romanov Legacy,” a 2022 Georgia Author of the Year Award nominee in the romance category. She will also be personalizing copies of her most recent cozy mystery, “The Case of the Missing Botticelli.” Joining Baron will be Jeremy Logan, author of six novels. Of those, “The Trigger Effect” and “Trinity,” the final installment in his disaster trilogy, will be available Sunday. Logan, who heads up A Novel Idea author showcases, co-wrote “The Trigger Effect” with another ANI volunteer, Brenda Sevcik.

Armento returns at 3 p.m., along with Ratonyi.
And closing out the festival in the 4 p.m. hour will be the combination of Lee and Mike Cobb, author of “The Devil You Knew” and “Dead Beckoning,” a blockbuster story of a cold case from the annals of Atlanta’s History.
Books by all 16 participating authors will be available throughout the festival.
The AOTC Book Fest is sponsored by Appen Media Group, the Atlanta Writers Club, A Novel Idea and Bookmiser. For more information, go to ArtsOnTheCreek.org.
