‘Born a Crime’ Focus of Free Virtual Book Discussions

"Born a Crime" by Trevor Noah is the November virtual book discussion selection by Roswell Reads.

Written by the South African comedian and television host Trevor Noah, "Born a Crime" is the compelling and comical story of one man's coming-of-age in the twilight of apartheid and the tumultuous days of freedom that followed. Two free Zoom discussions will be held Nov. 9, at 2 p.m. or 7 p.m. Register by emailing your name, city and preferred time slot to RoswellReadsBookDiscussions@gmail.com.

These free virtual book talks are offered six times a year by Roswell Reads, a community literary initiative sponsored in part by local libraries. With a drop-in format, bibliophiles are free to pick and choose books they’ve read or want to know more about and then sign up for 75 minutes of online conversation.
