Brookhaven at Johns Creek Closes on Final Phase 1 Home

Jim Chapman Communities’ Brookhaven at Johns Creek just closed on its home of 66 in Phase I.

Even more noteworthy is the fact that home site pre-­sales in Phase II, only available since late April, are now at 37.
