Chattahoochee HS Senior Lilly Kasra signs with Georgia Southern
Hooch's Kasra to swim for Georgia Southern

Chattahoochee High School’s Lilly Kasra is a four-year varsity letterman and GHSA state swimming championship qualifier and has committed to swim for Georgia Southern University. She competed in the A and B finals every year and won a silver medal in the 100 butterfly and bronze medal in the 100 backstroke her senior year. Kasra was awarded the Chattahoochee Swim and Dive MVP award both her sophomore and senior year and was a senior team captain. Throughout high school Kasra has been an active member of HOSA and spent free time participating in medical internships and job shadowing, along with numerous disease and disability awareness volunteer projects.
Kasra spent most of her swim career competing for Lifetime, where she was coached by David Sutton. At Lifetime she qualified for the TYR Pro Swim Series and Futures Championships, as well as finish within the top 10 at state championships. Kasra then transferred to Swim Atlanta and became a Junior National’s qualifier and was coached by Jeff Hike. Based on Kasra’s success in the classroom and pool, she was named a USA swimming Scholastic All-American during her junior year.
