Child Porn Found In Johns Creek Man's Home: Police
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said they executed a search warrant while investigating online sharing of child sexual abuse material.
JOHNS CREEK, GA — A Johns Creek man is facing child sex crime charges after the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said they conducted a search warrant Friday at his home.
Joshua Newsome, 43, was arrested and charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of children (distribution of dhild pornography) and one count of sexual exploitation of children (possession of child pornography), according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
They said the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was investigating the online sharing of child sexual abuse material, which led to Newsome.

“During the search of Newsome’s residence, Agents seized electronic devices used by Newsome to both possess and distribute child sexual abuse material,” they said.
Newsome was transported to the Fulton County jail, but bonded out two days later according to jail records.
