  1. Georgia's new Election Integrity Act says Georgia citizens can challenge a voter's eligibility an unlimited number of times. Recently, some early voters have reported having their eligibility challenged without knowing the reason why. Jennifer Jones, a Morehouse School of Medicine PhD student, told The Guardian that when she tried to vote early at her precinct in Fulton County, she was denied without receiving a reason.   2. A Fulton County magistrate judge was suspended for two weeks after setting a $2.00 bond for Alijah Sharp, who is facing serious charges. Sharp was charged with aggravated assault, misdemeanor battery family violence, cruelty to children third degree, and terroristic threats. A new bond order was set for $120,000. (WSB-TV Atlanta)
  3. All Johns Creek residents are invited to the Johns Creek Candidates for Office meet and greet, happening today, Oct. 24, from 5:00 pm. to 7:30 p.m. at Six Bridges Brewing. The Chamber says is no political program or agenda for the event. (Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce via Facebook)
