Fulton County Schools is offering sign on bonuses to attract new teachers, according to a report.
FULTON COUNTY, GA — Special education teachers are in demand across the country, which is why Fulton County School District says it’s offering new signing bonuses and retention incentives, reported WSB-TV.
Administrators are working to attract more teachers for this upcoming school year with hiring incentives ranging from $2,500 to $7,500 for paraprofessionals and full-time special education teachers, reported the news station. There are also retention incentives.
