- Fulton County Public Works will be holding a public hearing tonight. The hearing will address the revised capital improvement program. The program will include authorization of increases in water and sewer rates, fees, and charges. The hearing will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Fulton County North Service Center in Sandy Springs. (Fulton County Georgia)
