  1. The Men's Johns Creek high school golf team earned their sixth consecutive state championship. At the tournament, the team shot an 18-over score to win the Class 6A championship at Jekyll Island. They join Brookstone as the only other area school to win six straight championships.   2. Primary Election Day in Johns Creek is on May 24th. Republican voters will choose between Betsy Kramer, Narender Reddy and Jill Trammell as the nominee for State House District 50. They learned about owls and then dissected owl pellets with Discover Science Center, did math with Huntington Learning Center and Mathnasium of Johns Creek did a fun art project, and made water bottle rockets after learning all about the engineering behind rockets with Alex Forbes, a researcher at Georgia Tech!
