Hooch’s Trainer to Play Lacrosse at Butler University

Chattahoochee High School’s Meaghan Trainer has signed a National Letter of Intent to play Lacrosse for Butler University. Butler is an NCAA Division 1 school and competes in the Big East conference.

Trainer, a four-year varsity starter received the academic award all four years. As a sophomore, Trainer was selected for All-State, awarded the Unsung Hero Award, and led the team in ground balls.

Trainer played travel lacrosse for Southern Zone Lacrosse for five years and played on the Georgia National Team in 2019.
