Here are the top three stories in Johns Creek today:

  1. Many local employers throughout Johns Creek are looking for new employees! Each week, Patch and ZipRecruiter compile a list of the latest local full-time and part-time jobs posted in the region. As of May 30, there are jobs available ranging from a customer service representative to sales coordinator to shipping and receiving clerk. Learn more about these opportunities at the link. (Johns Creek Patch)
  2. Inflation has led to a rise in costs, and one that people in the Johns Creek area are seeing almost every day is the cost of food. Those high prices at the grocery store are impacting local food pantries as well. The North Fulton Community Charity Food Pantry in Roswell is seeing more families in need, and fewer supplies coming in to help keep them fed. North Point Community Church is holding a week-long food drive, from Jun. 3 to Jun. 11, in an effort to get the pantry through the summer and beyond. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
  3. Bell Road will be closed for bridge removal and construction for four months starting Monday, Jun. 6. The bridge, located over the Cauley Creek tributary between Rogers Circle (South) and Bellacree Road, will be removed and replaced. The project also includes replacing the pedestrian bridge. Motorists will need to use Rogers Bridge Road as a detour and local traffic can use Rogers Circle as an alternate route. (John's Creek)
