- A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Monday, Oct. 24. The meeting is for residents to learn, discuss, and provide input about rezoning for the Johns Creek Town Center area. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. at Johns Creek City Hall, 11360 Lakefield Drive. (City of Johns Creek)
- The Johns Creek Police Department is participating in the Drug Enforcement Agency's National Drug Take-Back event. Johns Creek residents can turn in expired or unused medication for safe disposal on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Kroger parking lot, 10945 State Bridge Road. At Johns Creek Police Headquarters, 11360 Lakefield Drive, there is now a permanent Drug Drop-Box that residents can use 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. - Over the weekend, Johns Creek Mayor John Bradberry, Johns Creek Beautification, the The Rotary Club of Johns Creek, high school Interact Club students, and community members planted more than 1,000 flower bulbs at Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The bulbs were planted as part of the Daffodils 4 Hope initiative on Saturday morning, Oct. 15!
