1. On Nov. 1, the Georgia Department of Economic Development and Boston Scientific Corporation entered into an agreement for an economic development project in Johns Creek. A $1,100,000 REBA Grant will be awarded through the Development Authority of Fulton County. (Georgia.org)
2. In partnership with Honey Baked Ham and Masjid Jafar Al-Rahmah Community Center, the Johns Creek Police Department will provide free Thanksgiving dinners to seven Johns Creek families. Tips include locking your car and house doors, leaving exterior residence lights on or using motion detection lights, keeping valuables out of sight, removing valuables from your car, keeping your garage door closed at night, and reporting all criminal and suspicious activity immediately.
