Here are the top three stories in Johns Creek today:
- Johns Creek residents of the Abberley Township subdivision are concerned about plans for a Tim Hortons coffee shop on the corner of State Bridge Road and Abberley Lane. The Tim Hortons would use a joint-access easement for its drive-thru, which connects Abberley’s private drive and a strip mall to the Goodwill parking lot. If the zoning is approved, residents worry about the increased noise and traffic. (Appen Media)
- It has been one year since Ciera Breland was seen at her mother-in-law’s home in Johns Creek on Feb. 24, 2022. The search for Breland continues and anyone who has seen a white 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan with Georgia tag RMB 5869 or Breland in February is asked to call the police. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
- Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) and Johns Creek Mayor John Bradberry attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 23, for the new Village Medical practice. The new facility is located inside the Walgreens on Kimball Bridge Road and is Village Medical’s first location in Johns Creek. (The Atlanta Voice)
