Here are the top three stories in Johns Creek today:

  1. On Thursday, Apr. 27, Johns Creek Mayor John Bradberry will present the State of the City Address. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. at Chattahoochee High School in Johns Creek and the presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. The event is free, anyone who plans to attend must RSVP here. (Johns Creek Patch)
  2. The Johns Creek City Council distributed $1 million toward Recreation and Parks projects. Including $200,000 for Cauley Creek, $150,000 for an event space at Cauley Creek, $300,000 to further develop the Chattahoochee Greenway, $250,000 for lights at Newtown Park, and $100,000 for Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. The council also discussed creating football fields. (Appen Media)
  3. On Tuesday, Apr. 4, the Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections will meet
    to receive updates on the Special Election for House District 68, as well as discuss early voting locations and other election business.
    The meeting will start at 2:00 p.m. at Fulton County Government, FulCo Lab (3rd floor, suite 3077). The meeting can also be viewed here and the meeting agenda can be viewed here. The election is scheduled for May 16. (Fulton County GA)
