Here are the top three stories in Johns Creek today:

  1. Boston Scientific is poised to bring hundreds of jobs to John's Creek. The medical technology company intends to construct a new research and development facility replacing a now vacant structure located on Johns Creek Parkway. Although no completion date is given for the local installation, it is anticipated that an outer range of seven years will see the finish of the entire project (The Atlanta Voice)
  2. Have you taken a look at Medley lately? The shopping and dining sections of the property are filling up with tenants! 11 new establishments have committed to opening their doors here, including Summit Coffee, Cookie Fix, and Lily Sushi Bar, among others. When the entire project is completed, it will include retail, restaurant, and office firms, polished off with residential spaces. (Connect CRE)
  3. Repaving is underway in the Seven Oaks Neighborhood. The Neighborhood Repaving Program is in full swing with four other neighborhoods and some main roads to follow. Beware! There is no on-street parking during repavement. (City of Johns Creek, Georgia - Government)
