Here are the top three stories today in Johns Creek:
- Yesterday, Nov. 23, the Supreme Court of Georgia upheld the decisions of the Fulton County Superior Court and the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia allowing early voting on Saturday, Nov. 26, for the U.S. Senate runoff election. Fulton County's early voting period is Saturday, Nov. 26 to Friday, Dec. 2. (11 Alive)
- Hubert Nathans, a 33-year-old from Fulton County, was sentenced to federal prison for 12 years, followed by 15 years of supervised release. According to police, Nathans sold fake Roxicodone (oxycodone) pills containing fentanyl to multiple people in 2017 and 2018 in nearby Roswell. The fake pills resulted in the death of one person and serious injury of another. (WSB-TV 2 Atlanta)

- The City of Johns Creek posted a picture to show a peek at the pavilion renovations underway at Newtown Park. Three to four pavilions will be under construction at a time, visitors can use other pavilions that are not under renovation in the park.
