Dave Krache Foundation Launches a New Year of Helping Kids Play Sports
The Foundation has been funding young athletes since 2012

The Dave Krache Foundation held its annual Board of Directors kickoff on January 30 at the Cobb Chamber.
The Foundation helps to pay fees for students playing sports when their parents are facing tough times. It was launched in 2012 by Allison Krache Giddens to honor her late father, Dave Krache, a businessman, community leader and sports fan. Since its inception, the Foundation has helped thousands of kids play sports and provided dozens of grants to school teams and rec leagues around metro Atlanta.
This year’s Dave Krache Foundation Board of Directors are Donna Krache, Scott McNally, Fran Friedrich, Matt Giddens, Dennette Thornton, Sheena Hatcher, Chris Thomas, Corey Ferguson, Rachel Langelotti, Jessica Lee, Deon Butler, and Matt Eyrich. Allison Giddens serves as the organization’s executive director.
