FedEx Worker Injured in Shooting Sues Company
The lawsuit alleges that a reasonable person could have seen that the shooter was a dangerous person and a threat to others, a report says.

One of six people who were wounded during a mass shooting at a Kennesaw FedEx mail sorting facility in April of 2014 is suing the company, a security contractor, and the estate of the shooter, according to a report.
Brandyn Stonebreaker, 21, is suing FedEx, AlliedBarton security, and the estate of Geddy Kramer, claiming the company was negligent for leaving Kramer at his job despite behavior that showed he was dangerous, the Marietta Daily Journal says.
On April 29, 2014, Kramer brought a shotgun to work and began shooting coworkers before turning the gun on himself. Stonebreaker still has six pellets from Kramer’s shotgun embedded in his body.
