Gas Prices Steady Across U.S., Dropping in Georgia
Across the Peach State, the average is $3.808, and a week ago, it was $3.844. Those numbers for metro Atlanta are $3.882 and $3.934, respectively.

While gas prices have remained fairly consistent across the U.S. over the past week, those in Georgia and metro Atlanta have seen about a nickel's worth in declines, AAA figures show.
The national average sits at $3.825, compared to $3.827 a week ago. Across Georgia, the average is $3.808, and a week ago, it was $3.844. Those numbers for metro Atlanta are $3.882 and $3.934, respectively.
