Kennesaw To Participate In 'National Night Out' on Tuesday, August 1 at Swift Cantrell Park.
KENNESAW, GA -- Kennesaw residents are invited to come out and be a part of a nationwide event next month on "National Night Out." The event, planned for Tuesday, August 1, will be held at Swift Cantrell Park in Kennesaw.
National Night Out, an annual event, is a time for neighborhood residents to join in a united effort to promote crime and drug prevention. If you can make it, you'll be one of tens of thousands of people from communities across the United States to commemorate the 33rd annual National Night Out.

The night is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the Kennesaw Police Department & Target on Barrett Parkway. Organizers are expecting more than 15,000 communities from all 50 states to support the effort.
