Kennesaw State Tops National Rankings

KENNESAW, GA — College rankings are one measure of success for today’s universities, and Kennesaw State is no stranger to that notable recognition. During the fall semester, the university was named among the nation’s best in several academic degree program rankings, which recognized Kennesaw State for its offerings, strong online programs and affordability.

Kennesaw State is ranked:

• No. 4 in the South – and No. 2 in Georgia – among the 2019 Illustration Schools by Animation Career Review

Kennesaw State’s School of Art and Design is the largest unit in the College of the Arts, and offers bachelor's degree programs with concentrations in illustration and sequential arts.

• No. 4 nationally for the Best Master’s in Negotiation and Conflict Management by College Choice

Kennesaw State was the only public university named among the top 5 universities in the ranking.

• No. 10 for Best Master’s in Mechanical Engineering Programs for 2019 by OnlineMasters.com

This graduate program was touted as “Best for Licensure,” for not only preparing graduates for successful engineering careers but also meeting professional licensure requirements.

• No. 10 for the Best Technology Degree Programs by MastersProgramsGuide.com

Kennesaw State’s online information technology program was among only 35 university programs named. The website also ranked KSU’s mechanical engineering program at No. 47 among its 50 Best Online Master’s Degrees.

• Most Affordable Online Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree Programs by GreatValueColleges.net

Online degree programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels at KSU were ranked No. 30 and No. 27, respectively, for their affordable tuition.
