A mass text led several Kennesaw State University students to believe they'd won a $1,000 scholarship before heading to watch the Owls take on Charleston Southern earlier this month.Unfortunately, the text had been sent in error and wasn't meant for that many people, lottery officials later confirmed.CBS Atlanta reports that students were encouraged to text a code to be entered into a drawing to win the scholarship. Several students tailgating at a recent football game thought they'd hit it big, but it turns out the Georgia Lottery made a mistake.
