UPDATE: Woman Missing from Cobb County Found in Ohio
The 72-year-old suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and was last seen in Powder Springs on Tuesday morning.

UPDATE: Ms. Ferguson has been located in a local hospital in Ohio and is doing okay, Cobb County police announced Wednesday evening.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Cobb County Police Department in conjunction with the G.B.I. (Georgia Bureau of Investigations) is asking for the assistance of the public in helping them to locate an individual missing from the Powder Springs, Georgia area.
According to investigators, the friends of a missing elderly adult female arrived at Cobb County Police Precinct 5 around 1100 hours this date and spoke with officers.

According to the friends, the missing female, identified as 72-year old Juanita Jo Ferguson, suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. Ferguson was last known to be at the residence of 1577 Vine Leaf Drive in Powder Springs, Georgia. Ferguson left the residence without notice during the early morning hours of September 1, 2015. Ferguson is believed to be driving a blue 2003 Toyota Camry, Michigan tag 1KPM19.
Ferguson is a white female, 5’05” tall, 130 lbs, blue eyes and grey hair. She was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt and blue pants.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ms. Juanita Jo Ferguson is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency by dialing 9-1-1. The Cobb County Police Department should also be called at (770) 499-3911.
