Arrest Report: Fugitive from Justice, Convicted Felon with Firearm and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between Feb. 17 and Feb. 23, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

Feb. 23, 2013:

• Christopher Cruz-Colmenares, of 3254 North Creekview Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol.
• Avery Frederick, of 1371 Vintage Point Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession of less than one ounce.

Feb. 22, 2013:

• Margarito Cervantes-Vargas, of 5123 Westover Circle, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, no driver's license, hit and run, DUI, and driving too fast for conditions. He also was put on an immigration hold.
• Lloyd Knuckles, of 405 Philip Boulevard, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and theft by shoplifting. 

Feb. 21, 2013:

• Dorothy Williams, of 5269 Stafford Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice.

Feb. 20, 2013:

• Erik Jones, of 1468 Ridgewood Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and marijuana possession of less than one ounce.
• Scott Stephens, of 429 Cole Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and marijuana possession of less than one ounce.
• Almondo Turner, of 4726 Mossy Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. 

Feb. 19, 2013:

• Angello Falconi, of 500 Lilburn School Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with marijuana possession of less than one ounce. 

Feb. 18, 2013:

• Crystal Keeney, of 307 Adair Street, Decatur, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of probation and violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
• Christian Tejada, of 303 Park Crossing Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. 

Feb. 17, 2013:

• Marc Croteau, of 1134 Park Forest Court, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with improper name and address, improper lane change and DUI of alcohol. 
• Alvin Curry, of 4142 Stone Mountain Highway, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.
•  Devor Pina, of 839 Glasgow Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Bradley Staton, of 227 Camp Creek Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs.
