The Georgia Department of Labor will help Apollo Staffing Company recruit manufacturing workers Friday, March 2, to fill about 80 job openings in the Newton County area.
The recruitment will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in rooms 602-604 on Athens Technical College’s Walton County campus, 212 Bryant Rd. in Monroe.
The company will be interviewing experienced welders, extrusion operators, and sheet metal workers. Applicants should bring copies of their resumes, licenses and certifications. The jobs pay $9-$10 an hour.
