Lori B. Duff, Associate Judge of the Municipal Court, has formally announced her candidacy for Walton County Probate Judge following the planned retirement of current Judge H. Greg Adams in 2012.
Duff, the managing partner of Jones & Duff, LLC, is a former Judge Pro Tempore of the DeKalb County Juvenile Court and was a DeKalb County prosecutor for 10 years. A long time Walton County resident, she is a graduate of Leadership Walton and the Leadership Academy sponsored by the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL). Duff is the current Chair of the Council and the President of the local chapter of the GAWL. She is a regular volunteer for Youth Leadership Walton and a charter member of the Loganville Legacy Lion’s Club. Duff's advocacy for those without voices was recently featured on the cover of the Fulton County Daily Report, Georgia’s premiere legal publication.
Duff is married to Mike Duff, a retired police officer, and is the mother of Jacob and Marin Duff, students at Sharon Elementary School in Loganville.
