Burger King in Loganville to Celebrate Grand Re-Opening!

Loganville, GA – Burger King will celebrate it’s grand re-opening on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 11 am with a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the completion of its major renovation project. Expected at the event is acting Mayor, Mark Kiddoo, City Manager, Bill Jones and other city officials and chamber ambassadors to join in the celebration. In addition, a brand new American flag will be raised with the help of the 9th generation grand child of Betsy Ross, Ansley Arnold and the color guard from American Legion post 233, Loganville, Georgia.

The four week renovation project of this restaurant included interior and exterior improvements to the facility. The result of this project is a fresh, modern and sleek look ready to welcome customers. The transformation includes major upgrades to the interior including the kitchen, dining room and seating areas, landscaping, roofing, façade, signage improvements. In addition, they had added a new Coke Freestyle machine where customers can select from over 100+ drink options.

“We are very excited to open with a fresh new look and more capacity in the interior of the restaurant.” said restaurant manager, Charles Jefferson. “We look forward to serving our customers quality food in a modern and comfortable atmosphere.”

The Loganville Burger King location, along with 41 other locations in metro Atlanta, are under new ownership with GPS Hospitality. “ GPS Hospitality is an operation-focused organization where every position revolves around serving our guests.” said Tom Garrett, CEO of GPS Hospitality.

Along with the new ownership, Burger King has announced that it will be offering new menu items such as the popular turkey burger ($3.99) . "Turkey burgers as a category is growing pretty rapidly in the restaurant space," says Eric Hirschhorn, head of global innovation for Burger King. As of now, Burger King is the largest major fast-food chain to ever offer a turkey burger, which is now regular menu. Also new to the menu will be a veggie burger.
