Car Plows Through Front Door Of Loganville Restaurant

Somebody drove a car through the front door of a Loganville restaurant Monday afternoon. Nobody was hurt, but a lot of glass was broken.

LOGANVILLE, GA — Owners and customers alike got a surprise Monday afternoon when a car drove through the front door of the American Deli on the Atlanta Highway in Loganville.

Loganville police got a call just after 1 p.m., reporting the entire car was inside the restaurant, according to city spokesperson Robbie Schwartz. Nobody was hurt.

“Damage was really just a bunch of broken glass and aluminum framing,” Schwartz told Patch in a text. “It was an accident. Not aware of any charges being filed at this time.”
