Qualifications: 

• Previous retail selling experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, merchants, peers and all levels of management
• Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead by example, build relationships and influence others
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and extended hours
