GA Weekend Events: Doll Club, Festival Of Trees And Craft Market

This weekend there are several events taking place across Georgia. There's a doll making club in Johns Creek, fall festivals and more.

GEORGIA — Not sure what to do this weekend? Patch has you covered. Here's a roundup of a few events taking place in the metro Atlanta area. There's something for everyone.

On Friday, bring a doll to the Doll Club in Johns Creek. Learn to make old-fashioned dolls and accessories. There will also be games, hikes and explorations of historic buildings at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve & Heritage Center, 9770 Autrey Mill Road.

On Saturday, Stop by the Dunwoody Library and pick up a kit to make your own scarecrow at the Take And Make Craft in Decatur. Stone Mountain Mall is also hosting the first Taste On Memorial where you can sample different cuisines such as Jamaican, American and Thai. There will also be music and family-friendly games.
